Thirty-four years ago, our business journey began with a one room office and just one employee, our founder, and CEO Bob Wills. Today, we are six companies with a staff of 74 employees. Our combined revenues this year will approach $60,000,000 annually.
Life is good! But our success is measured differently here at The PM Group. We pride ourselves by our work in the San Antonio community through our charitable fundraising. We truly love helping organizations that make a difference for children, families, pet rescue, education, and support for our military veterans.

In 2021 we raised and wrote checks in the amount of $1,828,201 to the local non-profits we elected to support. We owe so much of our success to our clients, media partners, vendors, and people with big hearts. But we also owe so much of our success to our employees that participate in on ‘Volunteerism Matters’ community support program. Most of our staff members volunteer between 100-140 hours per year in support of the nine different San Antonio fundraising activities we regularly hold each year.
