Our company culture places importance on giving back to our community and those less fortunate and in need. From first responders to pet charities, from military veterans services to at-risk children, education and family services, The PM Group is here to help. For over 30 years, the agency has actively supported local non-profit organizations with commitments of time, financial contributions and through agency sponsored fundraisers. Over the years, the agency has raised and donated over $12 million to local non-profit groups.
As a culture of paying it forward, we’ve started non-profits like SA YES, CC YES, Austin YES and developed the giving platform, Robin Hood 210 – filling a need for child development and educational support in the local San Antonio community. Through these initiatives, our family of companies are encouraged to give their time, both on and off the job, to better our local society.
The PM Group believes it is important recognize and reward its employees for volunteering personal time and talent. Our philanthropic efforts would not be as successful without the contribution of our team members. In 2019, we created a new company-wide initiative called Volunteerism Matters. This program both encourages and rewards our staff with additional comp days and holidays for their service. Our employees offer their hands and hearts to help with important causes, and we understand the need to reinvest in them.
