When four San Antonio area arts organizations realized their scheduled gala and fundraisers needed to be cancelled due to rising Delta-variant cases of COVID-19, they collaborated with The PM Group to assist them. The participating arts groups include the San Antonio Museum of Art, Ballet San Antonio, the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio and the San Antonio Chamber Choir.
The agency was tasked to assist with a raffle the group had already planned to launch in September. Our team quickly mobilized and created the ‘Groceries4Life’ online fundraiser. Supporters of the participating arts groups can purchase raffle tickets to win $50,000 in free groceries or make a purchase in the online silent auction the agency organized and executed. We even provided many of the auction items to help their cause.
The PM Group even went one step farther with the help of a very special client. Philanthropist & Attorney Thomas J Henry agreed to sponsor the Groceries4Life raffle and provided $40,000 in financial support.
“Groceries4Life runs through Friday, October 1st and the lucky winners will be selected on Wednesday, October 7th. We hope to raise several hundred thousand dollars to help these great organizations continue their missions of enriching the city of San Antonio’s arts and culture,” stated CEO and Founder, Bob Wills.
