Fran Yanity

After obtaining her MBA from Southern Methodist University, Fran got to work pursuing her passion for marketing. Jump forward to the present. Fran now brings over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience, collected on both the agency and client sides of the business. While working at sister agency The PM Group, Fran began in account service and rose to agency leadership where she now stands as Chief Operating Officer/President. Currently, she leads The PM Group, Noisy Trumpet Digital & PR as CEO/Founder and Basso-Yanity 360 Advertising as CEO/Co-Founder.

Fran’s professional expertise includes marketing strategy, branding, creative, traditional and digital media, account leadership, as well as promotional development and execution.

Fran brings a unique array of experience from different departments and sectors across marketing disciplines as well as facilitates integration across affiliated agencies. The culmination of Fran’s professional career has helped her become a well-rounded leader who understands how to move the needle. She has a gift for understanding a client’s needs and thrives when enacting positive change to the bottom line, whether it be for the betterment of a business or the enhancement of society. Fran currently serves on the following nonprofit boards; JDRF-San Antonio, Texas Yes, Puppy Food Bank and Kindness Daily. She is also a member of the San Antonio Food Bank’s Marketing and Communications Committee. She is the 2023 Fund A Cure Champion for JDRF’s Promise Ball.
