Debbie has a tenured track record for client success. Before joining The PM Group in 2001, Debbie worked for Dallas-based Ackerman McQueen where she managed the Dallas Cowboys account and spent a multi-decade tenure overseeing the 39-market Pizza Hut account. There she oversaw the first-ever joint YUM sponsorship with the Dallas Cowboys organization that offered unique collectible Cowboys premiums at KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Once here, she stepped in to oversee our roster of YUM restaurant accounts, while also working on IHOP, the San Antonio Spurs, SAS, and La Madeleine accounts to name a few. Debbie’s broad agency experience spans from media planning and account service to production and creative management.
Debbie’s knowledge of the restaurant business, along with her ability to build and maintain long-term restaurant franchisee relationships, has helped to make the agency standout as experts in the industry. Her clients’ sales results have topped rival franchise sales numbers time and time again. Those consistent sales achievements played a crucial factor in The PM Group winning the coveted Agency of Year award for 4 out of the last 5 years when Pizza Hut Corporate dispensed that honor, positioning The PM Group as a premier field agency partner. Recently, her team brought IHOP Texas franchises and Six Flags Fiesta Texas together to create a unique promotional partnership with a compelling value offer for consumers to visit IHOP. That program resulted in the highest annual gift card sales in IHOP’s history for four straight years, while delivering measurable sales growth—all at no cost to the franchisees.
